Your order must be called-in or faxed
to our office at 1-877-610-5693 for
processing and a reply by our order
department will verify your purchase
intentions by email or phone. After
verification of your order, our bank
card clearing agent will process all
credit card orders and you will be
advised of your order's authorization
number. Your order will ship
according to your shipping preference
as soon as possible, usually the same
day or Monday if received on a Friday after 3:00 pm
Mountain time. If you indicated a return
email, we will be able to advise you
of your sales order and shipping
status. The terms
and prices specified herein are
subject to change without notice.
Shipping
charges: For guaranteed
delivery with USPS or FedEx, shipping
varies from $15.95 to $30.95 in the continental U.S. with
signature required. US Postal
Priority Mail is $15.95 and registered for delivery
confirmation, however, it moves
faster than First Class Mail in 2-4
business days and is deliverable on
Saturdays for the same price. Post
Office Boxes are supported as well
with USPS. All purchases are shipped
via US Mail unless otherwise
requested. All USPS or FedEx charges
will be calculated based on ZIP codes
from our factory (85254) to your
delivery point and applied to the
total shipping cost. We do not ship
internationally and do not support
units that have been exported.

Should you decide after purchasing
one of our products to return it for
a refund, please email support @ digitone.com, or fax or
phone in your request to 602-996-9755
to obtain a RMA number. Refund
requests are accepted up to 30 days
after receipt of order by the
customer at the location specified in
the shipping address. Do not send in
your return without first obtaining
this Return Merchandise Authorization
number as it will not be accepted. Note: Shipping
charges will not be refunded. When an RMA number is authorized,
ship your product return prepaid to
our offices at
